The service

A managed intake practice, not a piece of software.

Atendros is a managed service. We answer your firm’s inbound calls in English and Spanish, twenty-four hours a day, capture caller-provided intake facts against your firm’s script, and schedule consultations on the attorney’s calendar based on firm-defined criteria. The firm retains every client.

What the service does

Seven deliverables. Each one is fixed in the Master Services Agreement before the first live call.

Bilingual call answering

English and Spanish from the first ring, with no menus and no language selection prompts.

Intake capture on your script

We ask your firm’s pre-approved questions and capture caller answers exactly as given, without inventing matters, quoting fees, or making eligibility determinations.

Duplicate and conflict-indicator flagging

Caller name, phone, email, and firm-approved identifiers are checked against firm-provided records and surfaced to firm staff for review before a consult is confirmed. Atendros does not make legal conflict determinations.

Escalation to firm staff

During the firm’s agreed coverage window, hostile, distressed, urgent, existing-client, minor, and legal-advice-trigger calls are escalated for live handoff to firm staff the moment the trigger fires. Outside coverage, calls follow the firm-approved callback or voicemail workflow.

Recording and consent by design

Calls handled through the service are designed to play a recording disclosure before recording begins and to obtain caller consent where required by law — the strictest U.S. (all-party-consent) standard. Per-firm recording configuration is verified before launch.

Calendar booking

Consults are booked directly into the attorney’s calendar via firm-approved scheduling rules.

Weekly reporting

A weekly scorecard covering call volume, answer rate, language mix, escalations, and bookings.

What the service does not do

This list is not a limitation we apologise for. It is the reason a firm can put this in front of callers at all.

Provide legal advice or answer “do I qualify?” questions.
Quote legal fees, give deadline guidance, or make strength-of-case assessments.
Make immigration eligibility determinations or DOJ-accredited representations.
Prepare forms or perform paralegal work.
Make legal conflict determinations — flags are routed to firm staff.
Create an attorney-client relationship.

How a firm goes live

Five steps. The fourth one is your counsel, not ours.

Discovery call

A 20-minute call to confirm fit, call volume, intake bottlenecks, and case-management setup.

Order form & MSA

A signed order form and Master Services Agreement set tier, coverage window, recording configuration, and conflict-flagging workflow.

Setup

The firm provides required system access, the approved intake script, recording-consent disclosure language, and integration credentials.

Counsel review

The firm’s designated counsel reviews script, disclosure language, and conflict-flagging workflow.

Go-live

Target go-live within ten business days of a complete signed package and access readiness.

* Answer-rate targets per the MSA service levels, measured during the Day-30 guarantee window from CallRail and Retell logs.

† Escalation applies during the firm’s agreed coverage window; outside coverage, the firm-approved callback or voicemail workflow applies.

‡ Target go-live in 10 business days after signed order form, required system access, approved intake script, recording-consent disclosure, integration readiness, and counsel review.

Day-30 answer-rate guarantee. If, by the end of the thirty (30)-day period following the firm’s payment of the first full monthly recurring (MRR) fee, Atendros does not meet or exceed a 90% answer rate on English-language Measured Calls and an 85% answer rate on Spanish-language and other multilingual Measured Calls — measured from CallRail and Retell logs and shared with the firm — Atendros refunds that first full monthly recurring (MRR) fee. The setup fee and the prorated partial-month MRR fee are non-refundable. This refund is the firm’s sole and exclusive remedy for failure to meet the answer-rate thresholds. “Measured Calls” and the complete guarantee terms are defined in the Master Services Agreement (Section 6), which controls.

Atendros supports firm-supervised intake workflows. It does not provide legal advice, make immigration eligibility determinations, create attorney-client relationships, or perform legal conflict determinations. Attorney review and firm supervision remain required.

Next step

Twenty minutes, and a written answer either way.

We bring questions about the firm’s call volume, intake bottlenecks, and case-management setup. You leave with a one-page recommendation — including “not yet” if that is the honest answer.
