Services
Atendros is a managed service. We answer your firm’s inbound calls in English and Spanish, twenty-four hours a day, capture caller-provided intake facts against your firm’s script, and schedule qualified consultations on the attorney’s calendar based on firm-defined criteria. The firm retains every client.
What the service does
- Bilingual call answering. English and Spanish from the first ring, with no menus and no language selection prompts.
- Intake capture on your script. We ask your firm’s pre-approved questions and capture caller answers exactly as given, without inventing matters, quoting fees, or making eligibility determinations.
- Duplicate and conflict-indicator flagging. Caller name, phone, email, and firm-approved identifiers are checked against firm-provided records and surfaced to firm staff for review before a consult is confirmed. Atendros does not make legal conflict determinations.
- Escalation to firm staff. During the firm’s agreed coverage window, hostile, distressed, urgent, existing-client, minor, and legal-advice-trigger calls are routed for live handoff to firm staff within a 15-second escalation target. Outside coverage, calls follow the firm-approved callback or voicemail workflow.
- Recording and consent by design. Calls handled through the service are designed to play a recording disclosure before recording begins and to obtain caller consent where required by law — the strictest U.S. (all-party-consent) standard. Per-firm recording configuration is verified before launch.
- Calendar booking. Qualified consults are booked directly into the attorney’s calendar via firm-approved scheduling rules.
- Weekly reporting. A weekly scorecard covering call volume, answer rate, language mix, escalations, and bookings.
What the service does not do
- Provide legal advice or answer “do I qualify?” questions.
- Quote legal fees, give deadline guidance, or make strength-of-case assessments.
- Make immigration eligibility determinations or DOJ-accredited representations.
- Prepare forms or perform paralegal work.
- Make legal conflict determinations — flags are routed to firm staff.
- Create an attorney-client relationship.
How a firm goes live
- Discovery call. A 20-minute call to confirm fit, call volume, intake bottlenecks, and case-management setup.
- Order form & MSA. Signed order form and Master Services Agreement set tier, coverage window, recording configuration, and conflict-flagging workflow.
- Setup. Firm provides required system access, the approved intake script, recording-consent disclosure language, and integration credentials.
- Counsel review. Firm’s designated counsel reviews script, disclosure language, and conflict-flagging workflow.
- Go-live. Target go-live within ten business days of a complete signed package and access readiness.

Atendros supports firm-supervised intake workflows. It does not provide legal advice, make immigration eligibility determinations, create attorney-client relationships, or perform legal conflict determinations. Attorney review and firm supervision remain required.
