Atendros LLC is a bilingual English/Spanish AI-powered intake managed service for immigration law practices. Atendros is not a law firm, attorney, notario público, notary public, immigration consultant, DOJ-accredited representative, legal representative, or paralegal provider.

No legal advice

Atendros does not give legal advice. No information provided on this website, in any Atendros communication, or by any Atendros call agent constitutes legal advice. Atendros does not answer “do I qualify?”, fee quotes, eligibility, deadline, or strength-of-case questions — each is redirected to a licensed attorney.

No attorney-client relationship

Visiting this website, booking a discovery call, exchanging email with Atendros, or speaking with an Atendros call agent does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Atendros or between you and any law firm. An attorney-client relationship is created only by a written engagement agreement with a licensed attorney or law firm.

No immigration eligibility determinations

Atendros does not make immigration eligibility determinations, classify cases, prepare forms, or perform paralegal work. Each engaging law firm makes all substantive legal determinations.

No legal conflict determinations

Atendros operates a duplicate and conflict-indicator flagging workflow against firm-provided records. Atendros surfaces flags to firm staff for review. Atendros does not make legal conflict determinations — the engaging law firm makes the final conflict determination consistent with applicable rules of professional conduct.

Recording and consent

Calls handled through the service are designed to play a recording disclosure before recording begins and to obtain caller consent where required by law — the strictest U.S. (all-party-consent) standard. Per-firm recording configuration is verified with the engaging law firm before launch. Recordings, where made, are stored per the firm’s retention policy. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Supervision framework

Atendros is used as a nonlawyer assistant consistent with the supervision principles of ABA Model Rule 5.3. The engaging law firm remains the lawyer of record and retains professional-responsibility oversight.
