If, by the end of the thirty (30)-day period following the firm’s payment of the first full monthly recurring (MRR) fee, Atendros does not meet or exceed a 90% answer rate on English-language Measured Calls and an 85% answer rate on Spanish-language and other multilingual Measured Calls — measured from CallRail and Retell logs and shared with the firm — Atendros refunds that first full monthly recurring (MRR) fee. The setup fee and the prorated partial-month MRR fee are non-refundable. This refund is the firm’s sole and exclusive remedy for failure to meet the answer-rate thresholds. “Measured Calls” and the complete guarantee terms are defined in the Master Services Agreement (Section 6), which controls.
