About Atendros.
Atendros LLC is a bilingual English/Spanish AI-powered intake managed service for immigration law practices. Atendros supports firm-supervised intake workflows and is not a law firm or legal services provider.
The company, plainly
Atendros is a managed service that answers the inbound calls of immigration law firms in English and Spanish, captures caller-provided intake details against the firm’s approved script, flags potential duplicates and conflict indicators for firm-staff review, and books consultations directly into the attorney’s calendar based on firm-defined criteria.
Atendros is not a law firm, attorney, notario público, notary public, immigration consultant, DOJ-accredited representative, legal representative, or paralegal provider. Atendros does not give legal advice, create attorney-client relationships, make immigration eligibility determinations, make legal conflict determinations, prepare forms, or quote legal fees. Each engaging law firm supervises Atendros consistent with the supervision principles of ABA Model Rule 5.3.
Atendros LLC is a Delaware limited liability company with a Miami, Florida mailing address. Service is delivered remotely to immigration law firms across the United States.
Atendros is designed for all-party-consent recording, follows the firm-approved escalation workflow during agreed coverage windows, hard-refuses requests that require a licensed attorney’s judgment (“do I qualify?”, fee quotes, eligibility, deadlines, strength-of-case), and verifies per-firm recording configuration before the first live call.
Immigration law firms lose meaningful revenue when intake is not answered, captured, and routed quickly in the caller’s language. Existing options — voicemail, off-shore answering services, the next hire — have not closed the gap. Atendros was built to close it under attorney supervision, with all-party-consent recording, conflict-indicator flagging, and human escalation by design.
Firms engage Atendros through a written Master Services Agreement that fixes recording configuration, the intake script, escalation triggers, conflict-flagging workflow, integrations, coverage hours, and the Day-30 answer-rate guarantee.
Where responsibility sits
The firm remains the lawyer of record and makes every legal determination — eligibility, conflicts, strategy, fees. Atendros is contractually responsible for day-to-day operational compliance: the approved script is followed, the recording disclosure plays, review items route to firm staff, escalations fire on the agreed triggers, and the weekly scorecard arrives. Neither responsibility moves.
Atendros supports firm-supervised intake workflows. It does not provide legal advice, make immigration eligibility determinations, create attorney-client relationships, or perform legal conflict determinations. Attorney review and firm supervision remain required.
Next step
Twenty minutes, and a written answer either way.
We bring questions about the firm’s call volume, intake bottlenecks, and case-management setup. You leave with a one-page recommendation — including “not yet” if that is the honest answer.
